More Than Pink Walk 2025 – Nashville Yards

Our team supported the 2025 Komen Nashville More Than Pink Walk, a powerful community event hosted by Susan G. Komen to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research, care, and advocacy. The walk drew over 3,000 participants and raised more than $310,000 toward the organization’s mission.

Project Details:

Setup Duration: 6 hours
Crew: 7 team members
Tents: (23) 10x10 tents for registration, sponsor booths, and participant areas
Furniture & Rentals: 6’ banquet tables and event chairs to support check-in, water stations, and shaded rest areas
Lounge Furniture: White Santorini Lounge featured in the VIP area for sponsor hospitality
Pipe & Drape: White satin pipe and drape used to define the VIP lounge perimeter and enhance the event’s premium look
Extras: Weighted high boy tables and full event setup and teardown services completed immediately following the event

The event’s VIP Lounge served as a comfortable and stylish retreat for top fundraisers and sponsors, blending our Santorini lounge furniture with elegant draping and stable, weighted structures.

Everything went smoothly, and organizers were thrilled with both the turnout and execution.
