Grand Tents & Events played a central role in bringing the Nashville Music City Food & Wine Festival to life, delivering an expansive lineup of event structures and furnishings to accommodate vendors, chefs, and thousands of guests.
Our team provided:
- (52) tents ranging from 10’ x 10’ pop-ups to a massive 40’ x 150’ structure.
- A full suite of event essentials, including furniture, bars, tables, linens, chairs, staging, china, and catering equipment.
Unique Challenge:
Partway through the project, Centennial Park required flooring under the weighting for all tents larger than 10’ x 20’. This unexpected mandate — not part of the original scope — meant adding 77 pieces of flooring on short notice. Despite the curveball, our crew quickly adapted, ensuring compliance while keeping the install on schedule.
