Grand Tents & Events was proud to support Nashville Pride, providing the infrastructure and event essentials to welcome thousands of attendees to this vibrant celebration.
Event Scope:
- (106) tents in various sizes
- Tables, chairs, bars, fans, staging, linens, and furniture to create comfortable, functional spaces throughout the festival grounds.
Timeline & Crew:
Our team completed the three-day install and 1.5-day strike with precision and efficiency.
Unique Challenges:
Working under a tight schedule, we moved over 50,000 lbs of concrete during the install — and removed it all in just 1.5 days. The strike began immediately after the event on Sunday, with crews working late into the night before returning early Monday morning to ensure we were completely out of the park by day’s end.
The result was a polished, on-time setup and breakdown that kept the festival running smoothly from start to finish.
