The Event:

‍We were honored to partner with the Downtown Hartsville Revitalization Commission for their premier annual fundraiser, the Goose Gala. This year’s theme, "This Goose is on Fire! Igniting the Spark of Revitalization," celebrated the community’s growth and honored local leaders like John Oliver and the Ford Family. The event required a venue that could transition from a spirited awards ceremony to a lively evening of dining and dancing with "Biz & Everyday People."

The Setup

‍To accommodate the sold-out crowd of over 400 guests, we installed a twin-peak configuration using two 40' x 75' Pole Tents. This created a seamless 6,000-square-foot main hall on the Bay Farms property. We utilized two additional 10' x 20' tents to house the catering operations and the "Dark Fire & Whiskey Lounge," ensuring smooth service flow without encroaching on the guest experience.

Design & Atmosphere

‍The "Igniting the Spark" theme was reflected in the bold design choices. We provided floor-length black linens contrasted by vibrant red napkins and gold chargers, creating a dramatic, fiery palette. Bistro string lighting spanned the ceiling of the tents to add warmth, while custom neon signage provided a modern touch against the rustic farm backdrop.

Dining: 40 Round tables with complete place settings (Gold chargers, china, glassware, and flatware)

Logistics: Comprehensive site planning, 2-day build schedule, and strike.
