A massive multi-tent installation creating a 'pop-up village' at Walk of Fame Park. We deployed 32 vendor tents, a 40' x 75' main pavilion, clear-top lounges, and fire pits for this 4-day holiday market.

The Event

We helped transform Walk of Fame Park into "Nashvillage," a festive holiday market designed to bring the spirit of a European Christmas village to downtown Nashville. Spanning four days, this immersive pop-up required a layout that encouraged exploration, shopping, and community gathering, all while keeping guests warm and comfortable against the December chill. The event featured live entertainment, local vendors, and a stunning backdrop of the downtown skyline lit up for the holidays.

The Setup

Building a literal village required extensive logistical planning. We installed 32 individual 10' x 20' and 10' x 10' tents to serve as vendor stalls, creating lined "streets" for guests to browse local goods. Anchoring the site was a massive 40' x 75' main tent and a 30' x 30' support structure, which served as central hubs. We also utilized clear-top structures for specific lounge areas, allowing guests to enjoy the city lights while staying sheltered. Every single tent was equipped with sidewalls to ensure the entire footprint was weatherproof.

Design & Atmosphere

The atmosphere was all about "cozy community." We moved beyond standard seating to create a true winter garden vibe, utilizing beer garden tables for communal dining and sleek white lounge furniture for relaxed socialization under the stars. To combat the winter temperatures, we integrated fire pits throughout the open spaces, offering warm gathering spots. The design was completed with festive details like a towering illuminated Christmas tree, "Santa's Village" signage, and large marquee letters spelling out "CHEERS" and "HAPPY HOLIDAYS," creating perfect photo opportunities against the Nashville skyline.
