The Event

‍We partnered with a leading healthcare organization to produce a large-scale conference at The Pinnacle, one of Nashville’s newest and most technologically advanced venues. Located in the heart of the Nashville Yards district, this venue typically hosts major concerts, making it a dynamic and high-energy backdrop for a corporate gathering. The event required a seamless transition from an empty hall to a fully furnished conference space in a single day.

The Setup

‍Speed and precision were key for this activation. Our team executed a complete installation of 77 tables and 640 chairs to accommodate the attendee count. The layout was designed to maximize the venue's versatile floor plan, creating clear sightlines to the stage while maintaining comfortable spacing for guests. Immediately following the event, our crew returned for a full night strike, clearing the venue to ensure it was ready for its next scheduled production.

Design & Atmosphere

‍To complement The Pinnacle’s sleek, modern industrial aesthetic, we provided a crisp and professional linen package for all 77 tables. The clean lines of the furniture and the uniformity of the linens created a polished corporate environment that contrasted beautifully with the venue’s concert-ready architecture and high ceilings.
