The Event

‍For the Nashville stop of the "Facebook Road Trip," we helped create a high-visibility brand activation right in the heart of Music City. Located at Walk of Fame Park, directly across from Bridgestone Arena, this pop-up event required a structure that was both protective and visually striking, drawing in foot traffic while providing an immersive environment for the community.

The Setup

‍To anchor the activation, we installed a premium 12m x 25m Black Oxford Structure Tent. Unlike traditional white vinyl tents, the Oxford Structure features a sleek black frame and high ceilings, offering a modern, architectural look that aligns with major tech branding. The sheer size of the structure easily accommodated the focal point of the activation—a massive branded Facebook airstream trailer—while allowing ample room for guest interaction.

Design & Atmosphere

‍The design capitalized on the downtown skyline. We utilized clear roof panels throughout the structure, which served two purposes: it flooded the space with natural light during the day, and it maintained a visual connection to the surrounding skyscrapers and the arena. The result was an open-air feel with full weather protection, creating a polished, industrial-chic atmosphere that stood out in the park.
